Guest Peggy Black, is a ‘Sacred Sound Salutarist, Spiritual Synergist, Transducer and Scribe,’ world traveler, and lecturer with thirty-five years experience in the healing field. Peggy is a Multidimensional Channel whose gifts as a clairsentient, clairvoyant and clairaudient intuitive allow her to assist individuals to live empowered and abundant lives. Peggy receives transmissions from her “celestial team” which she calls the Morning Messages. These free messages invite others to honor their multidimensional Self. Mary Ann Christie Burnside, Ed.D., founder and executive director of Hearts and Minds, is a Harvard-trained developmental psychologist, experienced educator, and relational coach. Mary Ann combines her passion for well-being with her professional work and personal experiences as a parent of two to offer a unique perspective on relational mindfulness, which is the intentional practice of living in healthy relationship with oneself and others. Dr. Burnside has also studied professionally with well-known mindfulness practitioners, including Sylvia Boorstein, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield, Dan Siegel, and Diana Winston.
